It's weird how time flies, isn't it? The day before yesterday was the NYE, but then it was 2011. Once again, actually, the day before yesterday it was already a year ago.
We are in 2012, already. I was thinking about the song of the moment here in Brazil, it is Adele's one, which says
"(...)Only yesterday was the time of our lives, We were born and raised(...)"

I think she is right... But, you know, how do you think it is going so far? Too early to tell. But yesterday, I was 15, and this, my friend, it was 10 years ago. Time flies!
I also thought it was too early to tell! Now, it's not too late, but still, for it is, no matter how optmistic you are, time just flies!
What were your resolutions for 2011? What are your resolutions for this year? More important than that? What do you want for life? Having plans, not having plans, resolutions, bucket list (have you heard about that?), carpe diem, bullshit. You don't give a... well.
Well, do all those things really matter?
I think it does when you understand that, the day before yesterday, you changed the calendar, you promissed a lot of things (or not), and you said 'welcome' to a new chance. But you know what you gotta understand? That you have a new chance every day, every minute or second, not only on the first day of the year, and you don't have to start what you want on mondays... NO! That's wrong! Everybody hates mondays, as much as everybody is too lazy on January 1st to start anything!
Remember that, you can still have hope before midnight and the fireworks, but you can still change, make plans, try new things, anytime you feel like doing whatever you wanna do!
And do not forget: time flies!The day before yesterday marked the beginning of a new year, a new hope, new life... but you are allowed to start it anytime! :)
